Excerpt: Leader Kim Jong Il enjoyed an art performance given by South Korean singer from Japan Kim Ryon Ja in Hamhung, a Northeastern industrial city of North Korea, on April 11, the Korean Central News Agency reported. Kim Ryon Ja, who comes from the South Korean city of Kwangju and has been singing in Japan for over ten years, arrived in Pyongyang on April 5 to participate in the 19th April Spring Friendship Art Festival scheduled for April 10 to 18.
