The Review Mission believes the programme is well on course and that itnpressive progress has been made in various aspects of the programme, particularly the training and monitoring components. However, a major problem, that of shortages of essential drug supplies, still remains. Unless this can be solved in the near future, the successful implementation of the programme wlll be jeopardized.
