1. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Currency: Overall 1. The Review Mission believes the programme is well on course and that itnpressive progress has been made in various aspects of the programme, particularly the training and monitoring components. However, a major problem, that of shortages of essential drug supplies, still remains. Unless this can be solved in the near future, the successful implementation of the programme wlll be jeopardized.
