The work is a synthesis of the archives of the "Andrei Barseanu"/"Alexandru Sahia" gymnasium between 1919-1960. It goes to great length in describing the school structure, the activities, the way the schools were organized and the impact of the main historic events on the school. Social aspects of the society and its evolution in the city of Tarnaveni (DiciosantMartin) are described.
