Therefore, any state that strives to have equal status with other countries attempts to ensure a decent education for its citizens. Education is a system that includes all members of society of a certain age. Therefore, at first glance education system appears to be all known. However, like any other system, it consists of interconnected multi-stage organizations in a state of constant dynamic development.
