Neither do we like bondages of this world nor are we able to get rid of it, so how can one attain peace in all this? Bondages in this world are created due to attachment-abhorrence occurred with people in previous life due to aggression through thought, speech and action. So to free from these relations we need equanimity & pratikraman (three step process of reversal from aggression through thought, speech and action). If we dislike or have contempt towards any person then just by doing pratikraman (asking for forgiveness) our illusion-attachment-abhorrence towards that person will dissolve and we will be free from their karmic account. On the other side if someone has abhorrence-dislike towards us, we should understand that their behaviour is an echo of our mistake of past life. Therefore we should accept it as a result of our mistake and get free from it, by doing pratikraman. This edition will help the reader get free from bondages created due to past karmic ties.
